Working capital, right in the wallet.
Small-ticket loans for members and micro-entrepreneurs: a few thousand to a few lakh rupees, approved on the strength of your wallet history, paid into your wallet within hours and repaid in small steps from what you earn.
Availability: rolls out with Phase 1 of the merchant wallet, to members in India first. Facilities are offered through a licensed lending partner; eRupee arranges, services and collects on the wallet.
Credit sized for a small business, without the paperwork marathon
Micro finance on eRupee is a short-term working-capital line for people who run very small businesses: street vendors, home producers, delivery partners, kirana shops, freelancers and traders who move money through their eRupee wallet.
Because the wallet already shows how money arrives and leaves, the decision rests on real activity rather than on paper. Receipts into the wallet build a track record; the facility grows as the record grows.
The money lands in your wallet, in the currency you asked for, and repayments are collected automatically from incoming receipts on the agreed schedule, with a clear statement line for every rupee.

Indicative terms
Every facility is priced for the member and the trade it finances. The figures below show the shape of the product, not an offer; your offer letter states the exact terms.
| Ticket size | ₹5,000 to ₹5,00,000, growing with your repayment record |
|---|---|
| Tenor | 30 days to 12 months |
| Currency | Indian rupees at launch; other wallet currencies later |
| Pricing | A flat monthly rate agreed in the offer letter; no hidden charges |
| Repayment | Daily, weekly or monthly instalments collected from the wallet |
| Security | Unsecured for small tickets; a guarantor from the network for larger ones |
| Prepayment | Allowed at any time without penalty |
Risk, compliance and your protection
Lending is done by a regulated lending partner; eRupee acts as the arranger, the servicer and the collection channel. The loan agreement, the interest and the fees are stated in writing before any money moves.
Your wallet history is used for the decision only with your consent, given when you apply. Nothing is shared with the partner beyond what the decision needs.
Every disbursement and every repayment is a ledger entry you can see in your statement and export. Reminders arrive before each instalment; a missed instalment is followed by a call, never by a surprise debit.
Frequently asked
How is the limit decided?
From the receipts into your wallet over the last months, the regularity of those receipts, and your repayment record on earlier facilities. The wallet shows the limit it can support today.
Do I need collateral?
Not for small tickets. Larger facilities may ask for a guarantor who is also a member in good standing.
What happens if a receipt is late?
The instalment waits for the next receipt within the grace period stated in your offer. If it is still open, our team calls you to agree a way forward.
Can I repay early?
Yes, at any time, from the wallet, with no penalty.
Is this available outside India?
Phase 1 covers members in India. Other countries follow once the lending partner for that country is in place.
Grow with the receipts you already have
Open a wallet by invitation, take payments into it, and the micro-finance line grows with your record.
